Harvest + Homecoming
An Autumn Ritual of Reflection, Release + Return
Sunday, October 18 | 1–3 PM
Newtown Therapy & Wellness,
4 Terry Drive, Suite 1, Newtown, PA
Autumn reminds us there is a season for everything.
A season to grow.
A season to gather.
A season to let go.
And, perhaps most importantly, a season to rest.
Harvest + Homecoming is an invitation to honor the transition into autumn by slowing down long enough to notice what this year has grown within you – and what you may be ready to leave behind.
Together, we’ll create a space to turn inward, reconnect with ourselves and listen for what needs our attention as we enter the quieter, darker months ahead.
Guided by Eileen Cary, Yoga Teacher + Reiki Master, and Dara Noble, Sound Alchemist, this restorative experience weaves together restorative yoga, Reiki, guided reflection and immersive sound medicine to invite you to soften, receive and reconnect to the wisdom already within you.
Come exactly as you are and leave feeling a little lighter, more grounded and closer to home within yourself.
Because nature doesn’t move directly from harvest into another season of growth. It rests first.

Mondays 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Seva Yoga Studio
10 N Main St. Fl 3, Yardley PA
A slower practice that focuses on deeper tissue. Yin yoga targets deep fascia networks, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A great compliment to the focus on muscles in "Yang" styles of practice. Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative style of yoga that aims to calm the nervous system. Unlike flow-based vinyasa, poses in a yin class are held for up to five and six minutes to maximize their benefit to mind, body and soul. This class is suitable for all practitioners from beginners to experienced.

Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Seva Yoga Studio
10 N Main St. Fl 3, Yardley PA
A slow, intentional flow that gently weaves into moments of yin stillness. Some postures are held a little longer, inviting attention to the deeper tissues and the places that often get missed in faster-paced practices. The unhurried movement helps the body soften into stillness with more ease.
This class is an exploration of balance — where movement and stillness support one another, each enhancing the other in a steady, grounding rhythm.
