Eileen Cary is a certified life coach, yoga teacher, and Usui Reiki Master who blends mind-body practices with grounded, supportive coaching to help people find more clarity, calm, and confidence in their everyday lives. Her work is rooted in both professional training and her own lived experience of anxiety, healing, and transformation.
Her journey began in 1998 when she found yoga while navigating debilitating anxiety. It was the first thing that helped her truly slow her mind and reconnect with her body in a real, sustainable way. What started as personal relief slowly became a way of life, and eventually, the path she now shares with others.
Eileen completed her coaching training through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program, giving her a strong ethical and professional foundation for her work. Alongside coaching, she continued to deepen her studies in yoga, earning her RYT-200 (2019) and Yoga Nidra certification through The Prancing Peacock, then training in Yin Yoga with Travis Eliot (2020) and Sally Miller (2022). Yin became a favorite for her because of its ability to gently work into the deeper layers of the body, releasing tension and stored emotion in a way that feels both subtle and powerful.
She’s also practiced as a Usui Reiki Master since 2014, something she describes as pure magic in its simplicity and effect. Having worked for years alongside chiropractors, homeopaths, and other energy-based practitioners, Eileen has always trusted in the body’s ability to heal when it’s given the right space and support. Reiki, for her, has been one of the most impactful tools in that process, both personally and in her work with others.
In her coaching sessions and classes, Eileen creates a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where people can pause, breathe, and come back to their power. Whether someone is working through anxiety, craving clarity, or feeling out of alignment in life, she meets them exactly where they are, no pressure or expectation.
Her approach is simple: you don’t need to be flexible, have it all figured out, or be anywhere other than where you are. Just showing up is enough and from there, things start to shift.
