Breathing In and Breathing Out.

An Afternoon of Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healing
Sunday, April 26th
1:00–3:00pm
Location: Newtown Therapy & Wellness
4 Terry Drive, Suite 1 , Newtown PA 18940
There is a quiet kind of growth that happens beneath the surface. A soft unraveling, a gentle return to begin again.
Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to support rest, renewal, and reconnection. Through a blend of meditation, restorative yoga, Reiki, and sound healing, you’ll be guided inward, back to your body, your breath, and your own natural rhythm.
This workshop invites you to slow down and be held in stillness. Long-held, supported postures allow the body to soften while Reiki and the healing resonance of sound bowls work to clear and rebalance your energy.
Together, we’ll honor the subtle, powerful process of renewal, rooting down so that we can rise again, gently and with intention.
What to expect:
~A slow, grounding meditation to arrive
~Restorative yoga with supportive props
~Hands-on Reiki throughout
~A soothing sound bath to deepen relaxation
Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, layers). Yoga props will be provided
All are welcome. No experience needed.

Mondays 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Seva Yoga Studio
10 N Main St. Fl 3, Yardley PA
A slower practice that focuses on deeper tissue. Yin yoga targets deep fascia networks, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A great compliment to the focus on muscles in "Yang" styles of practice. Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative style of yoga that aims to calm the nervous system. Unlike flow-based vinyasa, poses in a yin class are held for up to five and six minutes to maximize their benefit to mind, body and soul. This class is suitable for all practitioners from beginners to experienced.

Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Seva Yoga Studio
10 N Main St. Fl 3, Yardley PA
A slow, intentional flow that gently weaves into moments of yin stillness. Some postures are held a little longer, inviting attention to the deeper tissues and the places that often get missed in faster-paced practices. The unhurried movement helps the body soften into stillness with more ease.
This class is an exploration of balance — where movement and stillness support one another, each enhancing the other in a steady, grounding rhythm.

Eileen found yoga in 1998 while looking for relief from debilitating anxiety and it shifted her life. For the first time, she discovered how to calm her mind and body in a way nothing else could. Yoga became her daily anchor, and eventually, her calling to share it with others.
She earned her RYT-200 (2019) and Yoga Nidra certification at The Prancing Peacock, then went on to study Yin Yoga with Travis Eliot (2020) and Sally Miller (2022). Yin quickly became her favorite style — a practice that helps release tension and emotion stored deep in the body’s connective tissue, creating space for real healing. You’ll often find her weaving Reiki into her classes for an extra layer of calm and energetic balance.
A Usui Reiki Master since 2014, Eileen describes Reiki as pure magic. She’s always believed in the body’s natural ability to heal, shaped by years working alongside chiropractors, homeopaths, and energy healers. Out of all the modalities she’s explored, Reiki has had the biggest impact on her own well-being and she loves helping others experience that same peace and renewal.
In Eileen’s classes, it doesn’t matter how flexible you are, yoga always meets you exactly where you are.

Reiki is universal life force energy. It is used to restore harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy flows out of the hands of the practitioner. By lightly placing the hands on the body reiki energy flows through the client body to reduce stress and promote healing.

We shake off the day, quiet the mind, and move through a gentle flowing class holding a few poses yin style getting into the fascia of the body. This is not only good for the muscles and joints, it also helps release blocked energy.

Yin Yoga is a gentle relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints through extended holds of posture. This class focuses on restoring flexibility and working deeply into the joints and tissues where we store old emotion and blocked energy.

This Gentle Flow provides all of the transformative benefits of yoga in a slower pace offering variations and modifications with a focus on increasing flexibility, releasing tension and improving strength

During a private yoga session, you get 100% of the instructor's attention, allowing you to ask as many questions ask you would like. You are given all the time needed to address any concerns and to explain the actions and alignment of specific poses.

Similar to a private yoga session, but with friends. Small group sessions may feel less intimidating and more relaxing than walking into a large class, and because there are fewer distractions, you can deepen your focus and concentrate on your own experience.
