A slower practice that focuses on deeper tissue. Yin yoga targets deep fascia networks, ligaments, tendons, and bones. A great compliment to the focus on muscles in "Yang" styles of practice. Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative style of yoga that aims to calm the nervous system. Unlike flow-based vinyasa, poses in a yin class are held for up to five and six minutes to maximize their benefit to mind, body and soul. This class is suitable for all practitioners from beginners to experienced.

Embrace the stillness of the season and join us for our Reiki Infused Yin for Winter workshop, guided by Lucas Kelly and Reiki Master Eileen Cary.
This special 2-hour session, offered just once per season, aligns with Winter’s deeply yin energy and the water element. Our practice will focus on poses that support and nourish the kidney and bladder, the organs associated with this season.
The evening will begin with a warm cup of tea thoughtfully selected to harmonize with the water element, grounding you in the reflective nature of Winter.
Lucas will lead you through a serene yin yoga practice designed to foster balance and renewal. Throughout the session, Eileen will enhance your journey with Reiki healing, adding layers of relaxation and energetic alignment.
We’ll conclude with an extended savasana, creating a space for deep restoration and inner stillness, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating a deeply meditative space.

Eileen's yoga journey began in 1998 practicing Kundalini Yoga as a way to ease debilitating anxiety. Yoga gave her the ability to calm her mind and body in a way nothing else had. Because of this, she fell in love with the practice, and it became a part of her daily life. In 2019, she earned her RYT-200 at the Prancing Peacock along with her Yoga Nidra certification, so she could share the peace and tranquility that yoga gave her with others. In 2020 she became Yin certified through Travis Elliot and received a second certification through Sally Miller in 2022. Being deeply interested in healing the mind and body naturally, Yin has easily become Eileen's favorite style of yoga. Yin gets into the fascia of the body, that connective tissue where we hold stuck trauma and emotion, allowing it to release and heal. You will always find her sprinkling reiki into her yoga classes. She considers it an added power boost in calming the nervous system. When you come to one of Eileen's classes, it doesn’t matter whether you are super flexible or you can barely touch your toes. She will show you that yoga always meets you exactly where you are.
To Eileen, reiki is magic! She is a Usui reiki master and feels blessed every day to be a conduit of this powerful healing energy since 2014. Being raised in a home that practiced natural healing, she was introduced to and taught numerous types of energetic healing techniques. In 2000 she began working in a chiropractic office and in 2004 became a chiropractic assistant. She has been surrounded by and given the opportunity to work with doctors of chiropractic, homeopathic doctors, massage therapists, and energy healers throughout her adult life. This experience has given her a strong belief in the body's innate ability to heal itself. Out of the many hands-on healing techniques, Eileen has learned, reiki made the biggest impact, having been a huge asset for her own mental and physical health. Since being certified in 2014, Eileen has been sharing reiki "magic" with as many people as she can. Nothing makes her happier than being able to assist her clients in cultivating their own natural healing ability, whether for relaxation, decreasing anxiety or pain, or simply raising their vibrational energy.
Reiki is universal life force energy. It is used to restore harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy flows out of the hands of the practitioner. By lightly placing the hands on the body reiki energy flows through the client body to reduce stress and promote healing.
We shake off the day, quiet the mind, and move through a gentle flowing class holding a few poses yin style getting into the fascia of the body. This is not only good for the muscles and joints, it also helps release blocked energy.
Yin Yoga is a gentle relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints through extended holds of posture. This class focuses on restoring flexibility and working deeply into the joints and tissues where we store old emotion and blocked energy.
This Gentle Flow provides all of the transformative benefits of yoga in a slower pace offering variations and modifications with a focus on increasing flexibility, releasing tension and improving strength
During a private yoga session, you get 100% of the instructor's attention, allowing you to ask as many questions ask you would like. You are given all the time needed to address any concerns and to explain the actions and alignment of specific poses.
Similar to a private yoga session, but with friends. Small group sessions may feel less intimidating and more relaxing than walking into a large class, and because there are fewer distractions, you can deepen your focus and concentrate on your own experience.
